Gary Neville Oh So Wrong

Gary Neville hails Gunners unbeated season saying

bq. “I don’t care if Manchester United had had one of our best ever seasons, it still would have been impossible for us to win the league.”

Not so fast, oh dodgy ‘tashed one. This season Arsenal can get a maximum of 90 points if they win their last game. In United’s 1999-2000 season, they got 91 points, and therefore would have beaten The Arse to the title.

Drawn too many games, that’s the problem. Interesting record as it is, and deserved champions they are, these sort of records are fairly meaningless.
