Any vacination triggers an immune response (otherwise, they don't work). As such, it is normal to be tired at best and ill at worst after an injection. To give 3 at the same time (as is the case of MMR) is simply too much. In the UK, this has been linked to a number of serious illnesses. Of course, it is much more convienent to have one vacination than to have 3, each a week or more apart. However, I think it is dreadful that parents aren't given more choice in this respect.
