Neighbours from Hell

It's back. The damn truck that we complained to our next door neighbours about last year is back. It is a real problem for us, not because it is pit ugly, or a wreck, but because we can't get out of our drive without gambling that there isn't another car coming.
It is the way he parks it, on the grass off the road. Basically, we can't see past it, over it and certainly not through it. Because it is off the road, cars driving down the road are not impeded by the truck and will tend to smash into our car as it tentatively reverses out. He can't park it in the road because it is too wide.
We asked them to move it last year, and they said they would sort it out. In the meantime, they offered that if we wanted to get out, call them to move out and guide us onto the road. After doing that twice, the truck disappear. For good, or so I thought.
I hope the new baby comes at 3am, so I can go round and knock on their door waking them up and asking them to move the truck :)
It's not just the truck that annoys me about our neighbours. Loud, D.I.Y. mad people. Inconsiderate, mainly. They just don't think to ask if it is okay to whether it is okay to start drilling into our walls at 8am in the morning. Usually, it is okay. Emilia wakes us up before then. However, this Sunday morning, Gina was having a lie-in due to being very pregnant and didn't appreciate it.
They seem to have been DIYing since they moved in. I worry they have done a Pacific Heights to the house, and we'll see the cockroaches soon. Unfortunately, they have started on the bedroom next to where we sleep and where the new baby is going to be. I won't hesitate to go round if they start when newun is asleep.

On the one hand, complete sympathy. I can imagine it must be a real pain having people like that next to you.
On the other hand: pictures to go with your posts? Complaining about your neighbours? You are so jwz it is untrue ;)

pictures with posts are good, complaining about neighbours is just natural.
