The acts commenced on this ball of earth: Upon my tongues continual slanders ride,
I met up with a university friend Friday night and had what could be described as a "Last Night of Freedom" drink before the new baby is born. We talked old times, and left very old as we looked for pubs where we could sit and have a talk instead of being defend by loud music. We also talked job, but we carefully avoided baby talk. Mark is very much a bachelor boy. If you have read Turning Thirty then Mark is the chap with the flat, the wide screen television and the Doctor Who videos. We also finished early as we both seemed to have lost the ability to consume huge amounts of alcohol without needing to get some sleep.
Mark stayed the night and in the morning was woken up by Emilia. Nice, 6am hangover. After Mark had left for home, and more sleep I assume, I managed to put together the bench seen in the photo above and a new television stand without making a mistake. There must be something to these hangovers that make you concentrate.
On Sunday, I did the reverse. We are nearing the last stages of decluttering now and clearing the nearly ex-spare bedroom for use. That means my big old computer desk had to go, along with the filing cabinet that Gina had used for her teaching resources. They were taken apart ready to go to the tip.

Nice bench, but the garden fairy perched upon it is much cuter :)
And I bet she thinks you made it just for her!
Absolutely, she always goes to sit on it when we go outside, mainly because it blocks her access to the rest of the garden.
